Chair Yoga at Community UMC


Join certified yoga instructor Kim Wells every Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the front Well-Being Room at Community United Methodist Church.


Chair yoga is for everyone — especially seniors — and offers a gentle, low-impact way to stay active. Unlike high-impact exercise such as running or weightlifting, chair yoga is easy on the joints and can serve as a wonderful gateway to other forms of movement.


This class is beneficial for all fitness levels, from active adults to those recovering from injury. Benefits of chair yoga include:
