Exciting News!

We have a new group of members actively working to strengthen and improve the Christian Education Mission at CUMC!

In past years this group might have been called an Education Committee, but let us introduce ourselves as the Christian Education Leadership Team (CELT)! We are a passionate group of members operating under the accountable leadership model. Our Mission is to: “Grow Disciples in God’s Word and prepare them to answer Jesus’ Call” What does this mean for you? From Preschool to Adult, we will be making our offerings, goals, and successes more visible, inviting, and celebrated. Whether it's information, questions, or feedback, the Christian Education Leadership Team can be your go-to point of contact. If you would like more information about the CELT, please feel free to approach any of us: Donavan Haidinger, Shawna Haidinger, Megan Howard, Joseph Krechel, Paul Magyar, Tracey Magyar, Kristy Melby, Martnie Mortellaro, Tom Tefelske. If you would like more information, please email Donavan ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Our meetings are open, and all who feel the call to serve are welcome.
